Bought 2 each of 2 different style dresses

I Bought 2 each of 2 different style dresses as gifts for my 4 little granddaughters. One dress was perfect and worked as it should. It was very pretty and she loved it! One dress in another style didn’t have an inner lining, so the wire and lights would be right up against the child’s skin. I didn’t like that. In addition, the dress had not even been worn yet, but when turned on and tested, only half of the lights worked due to a broken wire.

I haven’t given the other 2 girls their dresses and have not tested them yet to be able to comment on those.
